Carlos Ramos is WANTED for his alleged involvement in submitting 232 fraudulent claims for prosthetic limbs from 2007 to 2008 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. This alleged involvement scheme defrauded Medicare out of more one million dollars. The company received approximately $1.5 million dollars in reimbursements for DME's that was not medically necessary.
After being indicted for Healthcare Fraud, a Federal arrest warrant was issued for Carlos Ramos on September 24th, 2008 by the United States District Court, District of Puerto Rico.
