Justin Smith is WANTED by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI)-Philadelphia Division and the Philadelphia Police. Justin Smith is WANTED for Murder in the 1st Degree-Unborn Child; Arson; Firearms Violations; Abuse of Corpse; Tamper with Eveidence; Criminal Conspiracy.

 Justin Smith is WANTED for murder of his pregnant girlfriend, 21-year-old Dianna Brice & her unborn child. Dianna Brice went missing on March 30th, 2021 & her body was found on April 5th, 2021. It is alleged that Justin Smith shot her multiple times in the head, causing her death and her unborn child. On April 9th, 2021, Justin Smith was charged with Murder and other related Offenses in 1st Judicial District in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and the state issued a warrant for his arrest. 

Justin Smith has ties to Greensboro, North Carolina and New Castle Delaware. Justin Smith has also been seen in Atlanta, Georgia & Little Haiti neighborhood of Miami, Florida.
