A warrant has been issued for 56-year-old Vicky White. Vicky White is being charged with permitting or facilitating escape in the First Degree in connection with Capital Murder suspect Casey Cole White. Correctional Vicky White is NOW a WANTED FUGITIVE, along with Jail Escapee Casey Cole White.
