On May 22nd 2021, Michael Anthony Baltimore Jr., allegedly walked into a Barbershop in the Carlisle area and shot 3 people. The Owner of the GQ Barbershop, Kendell Jerome Cook, was shot to death. Another man was injured as well. Michael Anthony Baltimore, Jr. was a barber for Kendell Cook up until 2019. He was alo in several episodes of "90 Day Fiance". Michael Anthony Baltimore, Jr. has a long criminal history and is known to be violent. Michael Anthony Baltimore, Jr. is WANTED since 2021. Michael Anthony Baltimore, Jr. has been placed on the 15 Most Wanted List.
