Ruja Ignatova is WANTED by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI). Ruja Ignatova is WANTED for Conspiracy To Commit Wire Fraud; Wire Fraud; Conspiracy To Commit Money Laundering; Conspiracy To Commit Securities Fraud; Securities Fraud.

In 2014, Ruja Ignatova alleged participation in the large scale Fraud scheme. Ruja Ignatova was the founder of a Bulgarian based company named OneCoin Ltd which marketed purported cryptocurrency. Ruja Ignatova and other are alleged to have defrauded more than $4 Billion from investors all over the World. Ruja Ignatova alleged scheme involved falsifying statements and representations to individuals in order to solicit investments in OneCoin. Ruja Ignatova alleged instructed the victims to transmit investment funds to OneCoin accounts in order to purchase OneCoin packages, causing the victims to send Wire transfers representing these investments.

On October 12th, 2017 the United States District Court, Southern District of New York charged and issued a Federal arrest warrant for Ruja Ignatova. On February 6th, 2018, override indictment was issued charging Ruja Ignatova with one count each of Conspiracy To Commit Wire Fraud; Wire Fraud; Conspiracy To Commit Money Laundering; Conspiracy To Commit Securities Fraud; Securities Fraud. Ruja Ignatova is now on the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Top 10 Most Wanted List.

On October 25th, Ruja Ignatova traveled from Sofia, Bulgaria to Athens, Greece and may have traveled else where after. Ruja may have used her German Passport to travel to United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Germany, Russia, Greece, and/or Europe.
