Samuel Hartman is WANTED by the Arkansas Department Of Corrections. Escapee Samuel Hartman is a CONVICTED Rapist that escaped on Friday, August 12th, 2022, from an East Arkansas Regional Unit in Brickeys, Arkansas. According to the Tunica County Sheriff's Office, Misty Hartman, Linda Annette White & another person (who has not been identified yet) helped Samuel Hartman escape. Samuel Hartman maybe traveling in a 4-Door White 2021 Z71 Chevy Trail Boss with black rims & Arkansas license

plate 398 ZVY or none at all.

It is believed that Samuel Hartman maybe in North Mississippi. Samuel Hartman has ties to Tulsa, Oklahoma & the state of Wyoming. According to his records, Samuel Hartman was serving a Life Sentence.
