Trung Duc Lu is WANTED in connection with the torture, kidnapping & murder of 2 Vietnamese brothers. The third male survived his attack from torture and kidnapping. A Federal Arrest Warrant was issued for Trung Du Lu on July 10th 2019 in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, after Trung Duc Lu was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Kidnapping; 3 Counts of Kidnapping; Interstate Travel in Aid of Racketeering; Conspiracy to Collect an Extension of Credit by Extortionate Means; Collection of an Extension of Credit by Extortionate Means; Conspiracy to Distribute Marijuana; and Aiding & Abetting.
