Louisiana State Trooper Arrested! (Louisiana)
Nick Ducote has been employed by Louisiana State Police (LSP) since 2014.
On November 7th, 2022, a Louisiana State Trooper (LST), 31-year-old Nick Ducote & his spouse was charged with Domestic Violence following a Domestic Violence Investigation conducted by the Marksville Police Department (MPD). Both received a Criminal Summons by Marksville Police Department (MPD). On November 9th, 2022, Avoyelles Parish Sheriff's Office a Retraining Order retained & served to Nick Ducote.
Nick Ducote was place on Administration Leave.
On December 3rd, 2022, allegedly
Nick Ducote violated the Protective Order. The 12th Judicial District Court issued an Arrest Warrant after the violation.
Nick Ducote was arrested.
Nick Ducote remains on Administrative Leave pending the conclusion on the Criminal & Administrative Investigations.
