Isaac Oliver Elmore, Jr. & a second suspect Bernard Aaron Robertson (In Custody & charged with Capital Murder) were seen with Johnathan Oghenesoro in his car in a parking lot at a motel. At that time, Johnathan Oghenesoro got into a struggle with one of the suspects and got shot. Johnathan Oghenesoro later died at a nearby hospital.
