Bryan Vega-Velez is WANTED for Murder. Bryan Vega-Velez got into an argument with Alma Delissa River Melendez on June 11th, 2016. A person over heard Bryan Vega-Velez ask,
"Are you still going to keep (cuss word) with me?", before a gunshot was heard. Bryan Vega-Velez then walked into an apartment, informed the occupants he had just killed Alma Delissa River Melendez, then fled the scene.
In 2018, Bryan Vega-Velez was released on bond, then forfeited it. Bryan Vega-Velez hasn't been seen since.
