CAPTURED on the 14th day of escape on
Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 at @8am.
UPDATE: As of 5:35am on Saturday, September 9th, 2023, Danelo Souza Cavalcante has stolen a white van with license plate ZST-8818 and is not with the perimeter that was setup to capture him.
Danelo Souza Cavalcante is now clean shaved and has possibly changed clothing.
