Another group of children shot in Annapolis, Maryland

      Today around 7pm two children were shot in Robinwood neighborhood in Annapolis, Maryland. Less than 7 days ago 2 set of children were shot on the other side of Annapolis. Both of these cases are not related. The shooting today is believed to have come out the woods, while the children were playing. There are wooded areas that surround the community of Robinwood. The incident that happened last week was allegedly self-defence. I was already planning on blogging about last weeks incident, when I was alerted by family about today's shooting. 

      I was born and raised in Annapolis, Maryland and both of these neighborhoods are tough to grow up in. The last thing children or the community needs is to not feel safe. Unfortunately, every city has its crime. This is not the first shooting in my hometown of Annapolis, but we don't many. They definitely don't happen this close together either. Robinwood is on one side of town and Obery Court is on the other side of town. Again both cases are not related at all. Two separate incidents, two different locations, happened in less than a week in one city (Annapolis).

    It has been reported that one child went to local hospital, which would be Anne Arundel Medical Center. The other went to Shock Trauma which is located in Baltimore, Maryland.
